Seit der Gründung des Rom*nja Power Theaters 2017 konzentriert sich das junge Artlabel auf das Sichtbarmachen von Rom*nja und Sinti*zzi Schauspieler*innen, Produktionen und Themen in der Film- und Theaterlandschaft. Der Austausch innerhalb der Community — generationsübergreifend und intersektional — steht im Fokus der Arbeit. 
Since its founding in 2017, the Romnja Power Theater collective has focused on increasing the visibility of Romnja and Sintizzi actors, productions, and themes in the film and theater landscape. The group's work centers on fostering intergenerational and intersectional knowledge exchange within the community, with experienced Romnja and Sintizzi theater professionals sharing their expertise with younger generations. This approach aims to empower and elevate Romnja and Sinti*zzi voices in the performing arts, challenging stereotypes and promoting authentic representation.
